2009 Finish

This is the template I used for the match-up graphic each home game we had. This was displayed on the jumbo tron in the stadium.

Here's some more of the match-up graphics. Chivas was visiting from Mexico, they're pretty big time down there.

Speaking of visiting Mexican groups, this is the logo for this years Xango Cup. It featured Club America, another big time south of the border team.
Here's a smattering of a few more jumbo tron graphics I had a little fun with. Everyone eagerly awaited our blue friend extending the warm notice of free nachos following a game.

Towards the end of the season there is an event that occurs up at Snowbird where the season ticket holders can go meet the whole team and get signatures from the lot of them. Here's the sheet I made for that occasion. Looks nice with a load of signatures.

Finally, a non-RSL themed item. This is the front and back cover for a Art Benefit auction that was held at Rio Tinto Stadium for a National Guard charity. The back cover held a dog-tag in the pocket that the attendees would take to the event for entry.

The Up and Coming year

Wanted to give a quick rundown of the stuff I have been doing lately.

This was the general look to get folks to join us for the 09 Season.

Had fun with this one. I thought an 09 Season ticket discount advert with a familiar grid layout ought to strike a cord with our auditing friends.

The U.S. and Mexico played in a qualifying World Cup game this past February, and I was given the task of advertising a free showing to the Hispanic Community. Included two leading ladies from each continent.

I think it's time to get the colonel out on the field. I slapped his silly little grinning bust onto a silhouette of a couple of our players.

This was the original design I had in mind for the season ticket holders.

Got a hold of some great shots of our stadium, this night shot was one of them. Replaced the original grass with a more dynamic breed, and slapped in Mr. Morales in there as well. For different applications of this ad I've been swapping out the player. Been using this look in the newspaper, web ads, and in-stadium graphics.

We did a great photo shoot earlier this year in January with Kevin Winzeler. Great photographer, really love his stuff and very easy to work with. He shot these portraits here, really enjoy the grittiness.

This next item was an invite to get folks out to check out our finest seats in the building, the center circle. End product was foil stamped.

There's a monster Truck show coming into town. It's been creatively named "Monster Truck".
